Export & free tier

Export CSV save dialog for free users — download starts and returns immediately so Chrome can show Save As (popup no longer blocks the dialog).
Free-tier 24h window no longer wipes lists mid-export; export snapshots rows before free-tier bookkeeping.
Tab fallback download if chrome.downloads fails; clearer cancel/error handling.

CSV import & verified filter

Verified (blue) filter on loaded CSVs — runs REST users/lookup for accounts missing reliable is_blue (Remover queues and sparse exports).
Same lookup pass fills blank profile fields (bio, tweet count, created date, counts, display name, last post) where the API returns them.
Stronger blue/verified detection from REST field shapes; tab lookup no longer depends on background-only helpers in the page world.
CSV load from the toolbar popup uses a durable control panel window so Chrome’s file dialog does not kill the extension UI mid-import.
CSV load no longer auto-focuses the X tab (that closed the popup and looked like a crash).

Filters, View, HUD

Filter modes (Off / Exclude / Keep only) preserved when the on-page HUD opens; prefs stored and reapplied after list-type UI sync.
Open panel on X; soft-close HUD (hide without wiping lists); stop only when work is running.
HUD allowed on any x.com page for filter/enrich/CSV sessions (not only following/followers routes).
View table: free still 5 rows; paid/subscribed preview expanded to 25 rows.
Fixed idle reconciliation that cleared filtering mid-job and dropped the dark lock.

Docs / site

Store listing URL, Safe Browsing “not trusted” note, privacy/permissions alignment carried into hosted pages.

Headline feature

Per-filter modes: Off / Exclude / Keep only for Mutuals, Verified, Last post (Following), and Bot check (Followers).
Examples: keep only mutuals, exclude verified, keep only inactive, keep only bots (followers).
Raw snapshot preserved so you can re-filter without re-collecting.

Store / privacy readiness — accurate Fast vs Gentle description (no false “no scroll”), free tier copy unified (200 handles / 24h for collect, import, export), privacy policy matches permissions (downloads, x.com / api.x.com).
Export reliability (from 0.99.7 packaging) — Save As path for CSV, free-tier export allowed with caps.
Rate pacing — more proactive REST/GraphQL pacing to reduce hard rate-limit hits during collection and enrich.
Production cleanup retained from 0.99.5 — debug status log off for Web Store builds.
Hosted site: Chrome Web Store install CTA, permanent listing URL, Safe Browsing publisher note.

v0.99.5 first Chrome Web Store live

Initial public Web Store release · ~early July 2026

Store / production

Debug status log disabled for production (XC_DEBUG_STATUS_LOG = false); debug UI stripped from HUD for cleaner Web Store packaging.
Packaged as the first publicly listed build (manifest MV3, d2fl homepage).

Core product at first ship

Collect Following and Followers independently (per-branch cache).
Gentle (default) vs Fast collection pacing.
Local filters (mutuals, verified, inactive last-post, bot check) and CSV export/import.
Free tier caps (~200 / 24h); Pro via @d2fl X creator subscription.

Known gaps addressed later

Filter polarity was less flexible before Off / Exclude / Keep only (0.99.10).
Export Save As and free-tier edge cases improved after first live (0.99.7 / 0.99.11).
CSV/Remover queues often lacked is_blue; verified re-lookup + field fill came in 0.99.11.

Note on numbering

Git history records 0.99.5 and 0.99.7 as tagged release commits; 0.99.9/0.99.10 packaging and much of 0.99.11 polish landed in working trees and store zips after the first public listing. This page groups by the three versions that matter for store status: first live, review submission, and next package.
